For the fitter amongst us, there is the option of continuing the route "Le Barrage de Mauvoisin" up to the Cabane Chanrion (2462m). From the Vingt-Huit, at the end of the dam, you will find yourself in the heart of a pristine wilderness. Following a tough ascent that takes about an hour, enjoy a break on the hut terrace before embarking on your return trip to Mauvoisin.
