Description

This route in the Mayens de Conthey region consists of a fairly demanding ascent and a relatively easy descent, mainly composed of forest paths and some singletrack sections. The route is rather short but takes you through a very varied landscape, between vineyards and forests.

Turn-by-turn directions

Choose your starting point according to your fitness level. Beginner athletes will choose to start from Aven, while the more trained will begin the route at Erde. Follow the mountain road climbing up to the village of Code before descending through forest paths and some singletrack sections. This route is suitable for both classic mountain bikes and electric bikes, and the descents, partly off the beaten tracks, do not present any specific difficulty.
