Description

The tour starts at Brandalp in Unterbäch, which you can easily reach by cable car from Raron and then by chairlift from Unterbäch. From Brandalp, the route continues along the Sänntumsstrasse to the equalisation basin, where the asphalt road ends and a natural road leads over Breite Stäg and Gorpart. The natural road continues, accompanied by views of the majestic Bietschhorn and the surrounding peaks of the Bernese Alps, to Undru Eischollalp and Tschorr. From Tschorr, a top-class enduro descent awaits you. The fantastic single trail leads past the Färichwald forest down to Habere and briefly crosses the mountain road twice. The valley descent winds its way through the forest down to the hamlet of Lunggi with plenty of flow, but still challenging. Two or three tight hairpin bends round off this enduro highlight before it ends at Gampel-Steg railway station. From there, the gravel track leads along the Rhone and past the idyllic Lake Baggilla back to Raron.
