Petit Tour de Bisse

Constructed in 1358, the Bisse de Vercorin is fed by the river La Rèche, and served to irrigate the orchards and Starting from the Ovronnaz Tourist Office, the Petit Tour du Bisse is an easy and refreshing walk, ideal for families. This 1.8 km route takes you to La Salentse and allows you to explore 300 metres of bisse, the iconic Valais irrigation channels. With the gentle lapping of the water, alpine scenery and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, this short hike offers a peaceful escape, available from March to October.
