Autumn is the time of new and young wine and - especially in Valais - the time to enjoy brisolée (roasted chestnuts with mountain cheese, air-dried meat, pickles and fruit). At the end of October, guests and locals will have a chance to enjoy a traditional brisolée in Visp.
