Introduction to cheese-making

Discover the secrets of how Bagnes cheese is made! At the dairy in Verbier, you will learn step-by-step how milk becomes a “Tomme de Bagnes” cheese, under the guidance of the cheese-maker, Marc. You will also have the chance to taste other cheeses from the family-run business. Finally, at the end of the workshop, you can take home the Tomme that you have proudly made yourself!
