Wine Bus - Grand Cru Ville de Sion

Every Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm, create your own itinerary and board the Wine Bus for a new kind of oenological getaway between Sion and St-Léonard. Discover the old town of Sion and its castles, stroll through Valaisan vineyards, make your way from cellar to cellar and taste the enchanting aromas of the "Grand Cru Ville de Sion" appellation wines. No fewer than 40 wines on offer for tasting in the eight partner cellars.

Discover Sion’s wine cellars every Saturday of the year thanks to the Wine Bus tour of eight cellars featuring 40 wines for tasting (min. five wines per cellar).

Starting from Le Verre à Pied, the Wine Bus tours the cellars from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm non-stop. Participants are free to get off wherever they like to a short stop in the town of Sion or walk through magnificent vineyards, and then set off again to discover the cellars. How you manage your itinerary is up to you!

The ticket for the Wine Bus gives you the right to use the bus as much as you wish on the day as well as enjoying the wine tastings in the partner cellars.

Services included:

  • Free use of the Wine Bus on your Saturday 

  • Tasting of 45 Sion wines in the partner cellars (five per cellar)

Price CHF 39.- / booking is mandatory and the cost will be refunded with the purchase of 12 bottles of wine.

Departure of the tour at Le Verre à Pied, where you will redeem your voucher.
