Water sports (Lake)
The crystal-clear, refreshingly cool mountain lakes are an integral part of the magical Alpine landscape. There are also a few more lakes to be found in the Rhône Valley. Both are much-loved destinations for a day out in summer, offering a whole host of water-based activities: water skiing, wakeboard, stand-up paddle and leisurely pedalo rides. In Le Bouveret, where the Rhône flows into Lake Geneva, you can also glide across the water on a surfboard if there’s enough wind. This lakeside resort has a large number of water sports on offer throughout the summer – all right on its doorstep.
Schalisee is located in the village of Täsch. It is at 1,428 m amidst larch trees and open fields of grass. An ideal place for families to stay and relax.
The waterskiing lift (Rixen Little Bro 2.0) has a length of 109 m. Sustainability plays an important role in this project. The electric powered lift is quiet and environmentally friendly, and it will be completely dismantled in autumn. Water skis, wakeboards and swimming aids are available. They work closely with the different equipment suppliers.
