The Tzina de Vio footbridge

The Tzina de Vio footbridge lies at an altitude of 2,600 metres and measures 45 metres in length. It spans a cascading mountain river, the Tzina de Vio, which flows 120 metres below. This impressive footbridge was built in 2016 to provide safer access to the mountain refuge of Cabane du Grand Mountet. Previously, hikers would pass from one side of the river to the other via an old concrete tunnel. The bridge allows a secure crossing and offers sweeping views.
