Caveau de la Vouettaz
Located in the village of St-Pierre-de-Clages, the Caveau de la Vouettaz invites enthusiasts to get to know the wines produced around Chamoson and Sierre. The “carnotzet” cellar with exposed stone walls and vaulting is typical of the region; in summer, visitors can alternatively take a seat on the sunny terrace, to taste wines such as Johannisberg, Fendant and Gamay. To accompany them, the venue serves dishes such as Raclette or, in autumn, a “brisolée” of roasted chestnuts accompanied by cheeses and cured meat.
