“Les Titans” is a range of wines that pays tribute to the men who worked on the construction of the huge dams in the Alps. Dams such as the Grande-Dixence, which alone merits every superlative. And it is deep inside this imposing structure at almost 2,200m in altitude that Luc Sermier, Provins’s Cellar Master, ages his wines. This unique excursion takes you to the very heart of the dam, where the barrels are stored. You will have the opportunity to taste a selection of these special wines, which are allowed to mature in such unusual conditions. After a guided tour of the dam and a lunch, a cable car will take you up to the very top of the structure, where you can enjoy an impressive 360° panoramic view.
