Located in Val Ferret at 1,800 metres in altitude, the Ars alpine pasture is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It can be accessed by a tarmacked road and is the starting point of several hiking trails. Throughout the summer, you can see up to a hundred cows grazing in the pasture. Their milk is used to make authentic products such as cheese, butter, sérac, yoghurt, and fondue mixtures, which are also available to buy. You can also try these delicacies at the snack bar.
