Alpage d’Emaney
For over a century, the Gabioud family have produced cheese at Emaney alpine pasture, nestled at the heart of the mountains in the region of Les Marécottes. Throughout the summer, multi-award-winning Raclette du Valais AOP cheese, butter, tomme cheeses and sérac are made here. Take advantage of the terrace and enjoy some local produce in the company of the cattle, yak, pigs, calves, chickens, cats and dogs, who also spend their summers at the pasture.
