Valais eggs – fresh or hard-boiled

The family business was founded in 1976. It raises its own laying hens and packs their eggs as well as those from other local hen farms, Valais, Switzerland.
Eggs from Valais will enhance all kinds of dishes – for example, served fried on top of an oven-baked cheese “Croute” made with Raclette du Valais AOP. The eggs can be enjoyed fried, scrambled, soft-boiled (delicious served with a slice of Valais rye bread) or hard-boiled. Valais eggs, whether fresh or hard-boiled, are certified Valais brand. This means that they are produced and packaged in Valais, and that they come from a local farm that meets animal-welfare and environmental standards.
