Rye pearls

Rye pearls of the Valais brand are puffed grains of rye coated in milk chocolate. They are light, crispy and crunchy, with a melt-in-the-mouth finish. The idea behind these pearls came from the Association for Valais rye bread AOP, which aims to promote Valais rye through the creation of new products. The rye pearls are the fruit of a collaboration between the Valais brand, the flour mill Moulins de Sion, and the confectioner Zenhäusern Frères SA.
