  • At the entrance of Saas Fee, you will find the parking garage

  • Drive straight in, and you will find Terminal A (this is the transfer zone)

  • Here you unload your luggage and then call us from one of the free phones so that we can pick you up.

  • Please let us know your parking space number & Terminal A

  • In the meantime, you can park your car in the basement   Our taxi service from the parking garage to the hotel & back is chargeable… CHF 15.00 per ride                   It would take about 12 minutes to walk, and public taxis cost CHF 25.00 per ride

With the guest card that we issue you at check-in, you will receive a reduction on the parking fee at the end of your stay. Please use the guest card along with the parking ticket at the machines in the parking garage

On your first morning with us at the hotel, we will lead you to your personal table. You will keep this table for the duration of your stay if possible. This way, everyone has their table

Check out is at 10:00 The room will likely be ready from 14:00 

If you would like to come in the morning and the room is not yet ready, you can store your luggage in the luggage room.
