Val d'Anniviers

The Val d’Anniviers is located in the central Valais on the left bank of the Rhône. As you leave Sierre, discover this mountainous valley and its villages: Vissoie, Vercorin, Saint-Luc, Chandolin, Grimentz and Zinal. Have a taste of Glacier wine, the local speciality. In winter, ski with a single pass valid for all three ski regions. In summer, walk along the Lac de Moiry or explore the paths in the Vallon de Réchy, both idyllic natural treasures. Take a look at the “imperial crown” and its five peaks, each more than 4,000 m high: the Weisshorn, Zinalrothorn, Ober Gabelhorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn. In addition, the region will be one of the host destinations for the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships, welcoming the Marathon events to its ski area.
