Situated on the southern bank of Lake Geneva, St-Gingolph connects the Valais and the Haute-Savoie, the land of Mont Blanc. The small border town boasts the longest beach on the lake (8 km).

The former fishing village is easily accessible by car, bike and train – or by boat during a tour on Lake Geneva. The “Musée des Traditions et des Barques due Léman”, located in the castle of St-Gongolph, offers historical perspective on boating. The beach, port and promenade in St-Gingolph make this a relaxing vacation destination.
