Novena Goms
Roman Bernegger and his staff produce over 50 types of pasta in Goms. These include noodles made of spelt wheat, rye, chestnut or soft wheat, some with saffron, and also filled pasta with pumpkin, mountain herbs, mountain cheese or dried meat. And highly innovative mountain ravioli such as Gorgonzola cedar nut ravioli.
