Thanks to its geographically protected location, the Valais has a mild climate in summer, which makes for rich agricultural produce. This is used to make specialities renowned far beyond the Valais: enjoy cheese delicacies such as Raclette, spicy cured meat and full-flavoured rye bread right where they are made. To accompany them, we will serve you fine wines made from grape varieties that exist only in the Valais, for example Cornalin, Petite Arvine, Amigne and Heida: in the winemaker’s cellar, the gourmet restaurant or even a rustic pub alongside ski slopes and footpaths.
